When personnel work in the tower, ventilation measures should be taken. If necessary, fans should be installed at the upper and lower two holes to enhance air convection.

       5. The working hours should avoid the high temperature period around noon. When the high temperature is reasonably allocated, the working hours of the operators in the tower: try to work in the tower from 6:00 to 9:00 in the morning; from 9:00 to 11:00, the operators need to clean the internal parts outside the tower next; 00-4:00 Clean internal parts; work inside the tower from 4:00 to 7:00.        6. When the operator works in the tower, there must be full-time security personnel outside the tower.
